What Do You Need?

The fourth of the 8 methods for maximizing business relationships is Being Straightforward.

Once you have developed a relationship with someone, be straightforward.  Ask them what they need and tell them what you need.  Don’t waste time but don’t be rude or curt either.  As mentioned in the first post of this series, when it comes right down to it there is only so much time in the day.  Keep that in mind when deciding which relationships to invest in.
