I am inspired. Listening to Gerhard Gschwandtner and Neil Rackham this morning was energizing. They are offering practical information about selling in this economy. Really nothing new but just laser focus on the important things.
1. If you wouldn’t chase it in good times, don’t chase it now. Focus on your best and biggest opportunities.
2. Make the buyer feel safe about doing business with you. Create trust, build relationships.
3. Negotiate little and late. Permature negotiation loses sales.
